Veidekke confirms success — new collaborations already underway
BoxWall is proud to announce the successful delivery and certification of our flagship modular wall system at the new Cissi Klein High School in Trondheim.
Delivered in close partnership with Veidekke — and with strong early support from the project owner, Trøndelag Fylkeskommune — the project sets a new benchmark for sustainable, adaptable interiors in the public sector.
The final and most critical gating item was on-site acoustic testing — and we passed with flying colors. With SINTEF-verified performance and real-world validation, BoxWall is now fully certified for use in modern educational and public environments.

From the first bottom sill to the last module locked in place, installation was completed in 60 seconds per module — a performance praised by both Veidekke’s team and the project owner.

Compared to traditional gypsum and stud walls, BoxWall delivered a reusable, sound-certified solution without waste, delays, or disruption.
Worth noting: Veidekke’s crew worked with our first-generation bottom sill. While the BoxWall system was already certified, tested, and fully operational, we believe great products keep getting better.
Following this first install, we gathered field feedback and co-developed a next-generation two-piece bottom sill — making alignment faster, leveling easier, and installation even cleaner.
